Unqualified sportswear sold, Andma fined 470000 yuan

 Red Star Capital Bureau reported on November 14th that recently, Andema's official website's main company, Andeaduo Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Andeaduo Trading Company"), was fined 479500 yuan. The company had previously sold substandard men's knitted sportswear.

According to Credit China, Ande Amur Trading Company is the general distributor of the "INDER Amur Ande Amur" brand in the Chinese region.

In January 2021, Ander Amur Trading Company ordered a total of 1535 men's knitted sportswear from the overseas supply headquarters of the "INDER Amur" brand, and then proceeded with sales. After random inspection and re inspection, it was found that the "fiber content item" of the product does not comply with the GB/T22853-2019 "Knitted sportswear" standard. The Huangpu District Market Supervision Administration of Shanghai imposed an administrative penalty of confiscating illegal gains of 306200 yuan and imposing a fine of 479479900 yuan in accordance with the law.
